<span class="author vcard">第3回は、ハラール認証をとられている、カラオケ まねきねこ四谷三丁目店での開催でした。</span><br />
<span class="author vcard">そのため、厨房内の流し場、食器、コップ、おぼん等ハラールとハラムで使い分けがされていました。</span><br />
<span class="author vcard">イスラム教徒…ムスリムの方々に料理を運ぶとき、同じおぼんにハラムの料理を乗せない、ハラムの料理を一度入れた食器やコップは使用できない…など、さまざまな配慮が必要だということです。</span><br />

一方で、ハラール認証は必ずしも必要ないとの考えで、<br />
使用する添加物等が豚由来でないことを明らかにする『情報開示型』<br />
のアプローチも進んでいる。<br />

ここで考えたいのは、ハラールとは何なのか? <br />
3つの側面から捉える必要がある。<br />

日本ではムスリムにとって安心な(ハラールな)食材が入手しにくく、<br />
食品パッケージの英語表記も少ない。<br />
なんとか改善してあげたい。<br />

そんな思いで起業し、このサイトを立ち上げました。<br />

これはインドネシアの古都ジョグジャカルタにある国立ガジャマダ大学の男子学生から出た言葉である。<br />
11月初旬に訪れた私は、日本でのハラールブームについて講演をした。<br />
単位認定されない特別講演であるにも関わらず、約70名のイスラム教徒(ムスリム)の学生が参加してくれた。<br />
食品科学を専攻する4年生が主体であった。</div>

後半、日本のハラールブームの話しをした後、アンケート用紙を配布し、<br />
「日本へ旅行するなら、必要なハラール性」について回答いただいた。<br />
回答が終わると90分の授業時間は終了。<br />
記入を終えた学生は三々五々教室から出て行った。</div>
